Hiking adventure posts are included on this website to share the beauty of the Canadian Rocky Mountains for entertainment and general information purposes only. Do not use the information or photos on this website as a hiking guide. 

Many of these hikes involved a high degree of risk and danger. Reaching certain locations involved rock climbing, scrambling, off-trail exploration or dangerous wildlife encounters. As I am not a mountain guide and do not know your abilities, I will not answer questions about these hikes via email or Instagram comments.
